Hogyan lehet megjeleníteni magyar ékezetes vagy nemzetközi karaktereket szabványosan a JSP oldalakon?

1. A HTML oldal fejléc részének tartalmaznia kell az alábbi előírást (A böngésző karakter kódlap értelmezése) 
   <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
2. A JSP oldal elején meg kell adni az alábbi JSP direktívát, ami az oldal karakter kódolását adja meg a Tomcat kiszolgálónak
   <%@ page language="java" contentType="text/html; charset=UTF-8" pageEncoding="UTF-8"%>
3. A JSP oldalt, mivel a tartalmában előfordulhatnak ékezetes karakterek UTF8 kódolással mentsük a szövegszerkesztőből
